Customization Options
Easy! You can upload your own logo, image, or artwork and add it to the product selected directly in the Design Studio. Simply click "Upload Art" and select the file you'd like to use.

Ninja Print House offers fully customized apparel and promotional products using our state-of-the-art Ninja Transfers (DTF Transfers). DTF Transfers offer long-lasting durable, vibrant colors, and dynamic details. With no minimums, complete versatility, and the ability to print any number of colors with no restrictions on intricate details, it’s the perfect choice for those looking to print both small or large orders.
Of course! We only print your logo or design on whatever products you select from our catalog. During the ordering process, you will have the option to upload your own artwork and place it directly on the product in our Design Studio. Please ensure that your artwork meets our file format requirements for the best results.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on customized items unless there is a defect or error in the customization. If you believe there is an issue with your customized item, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Our Design Studio accepts the following file formats for uploads:

- jpg
- jpeg
- ai
- eps
- psd
- tiff
For the best results, we recommend using high-resolution images (300 DPI) and vector file formats like .ai, .eps, and .pdf. To minimize potential disappointment and speed the production process, we may send a digital design proof that must be reviewed and approved before the order is submitted to production.
Our ability to print designs featuring logos, images, or text is constrained by copyright and trademark laws. To use such protected materials, obtaining consent from the rights holder is necessary. Learn more about protected images & content here.
At Ninja PrintHouse, we adhere to specific content standards that outline what designs we can and cannot print. While we reserve the final decision on approving any design, these standards serve as a helpful guide. For further details on our content standards, click here.
Absolutely! When you add your art to the transfers by size section you can enter your hex code for our designers to match in our "Notes To Designers" text box.
Ordering
We are currently in the process of building our own "Ninja POD" platform so our customers can link directly to our production queue. We're currently beta testing this service and will have more information on the release date this Spring. Stay tuned!

The best thing about the Ninja Printhouse is that we have no minimums. If you need to order just one product as a sample, you can do that by following the regular order process and selecting a quantity of one.
